Claude Rwaganje

Claude Rwaganje is founder and executive director of ProsperityME in Portland. Rwaganje is serving a three-year term on the Westbrook City Council. He sits on the board of the Portland Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Greater Portland and served for three years as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Community Development Advisory Council. Rwaganje holds a master’s in business administration from Phoenix University and is a certified coach and housing counselor through NeighborWorks America.
