Purpose
The PF Fund for the Baldwin Area supports nonprofit organizations and projects that benefit the people and area of Baldwin, Maine.
Criteria and Priorities
All applicants must meet the Maine Community Foundation’s grant eligibility requirements. Please read our eligibility and grant guidelines before submitting an application.
Criteria
To receive a grant, an organization or project must:
- Benefit the people or area of Baldwin, Maine.
Priorities
This grant program will give additional priority to organizations or projects that promote:
- Greater self-reliance and self-sufficiency among Baldwin residents
- Public awareness of the importance of forestry and the natural resource economy
- Education
- Sustainable management of Baldwin’s natural resource-based economy.
Proposals will be given additional priority if:
- The organization uses the grant to raise additional financial resources or to promote social capital
- The organization is not likely to receive funding from other sources.
Types of Funding
This program provides:
- Project support for new, expanding, and ongoing programs.
