The Western Foothills Land Trust, a MaineCF grantee, celebrated the opening of its farm-to-town trail system at Roberts Farm Preserve.
The new trail system allows cross-country skiers and those who snowshoe to enjoy winter recreation steps from Norway's downtown. A warming hut, supported by a Community Building grant, offers a warm respite as well as free ski and snowshoe rentals.
