  • Eastern Maine Development Corp., to create alternatives to traditional travel that will enhance rural transportation in Penobscot and Piscataquis counties, including fixed routes, telecommuting, and innovative solutions: $5,000
  • ITNPortland, to assist in rebuilding services to a sustainable level after a decrease of service due to the Covid-19 pandemic: $5,000
  • Veterans Inc., to expand transportation services for veterans ages 60-plus who reside at the Lewiston residence or receive case management services while living in permanent housing: $5,000
  • Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program, to support maintenance and expansion of the program that brings food pantries to local housing complexes: $4,000
