Elizabeth Neptune, of Princeton, is the president and founder of Neptune Advantage, Inc., which provides consulting and technical assistance to Native American Tribes programs across the country. She has more than 25 years of experience delivering health and human services to Native American communities. As director of health and human services for the Passamaquoddy Tribe, she created a holistic care model that won national recognition. She serves on the HHS Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s Tribal Technical Advisory Committee and Maine Children’s Growth Council board. She has a B.S. in health administration from the University of Maine.
